Line and ground laundry
Here is some information on "line and ground laundry".
"Line laundry" is the stuff you put on a kite line and lift it up in the air with the help of a kite.
Well, that is the reason why bigger kites for that purpose are called Lifter.
On the other hand, what it is often called "Ground laundry" are mosty animals made out of cloth that are "blown up" by the wind that fills them through a - most often hidden - opening, often in the nose.
